Email already in the system - can't create a new account

Only one free account can be associated with an email address. Solutions include

  1. Upgrade to a Platinum subscription so that you can create multiple sign up sheets using the same account. 
  2. Upgrade to a Platinum subscription and then create a second account. Email addresses associated with a Platinum subscription can create additional free accounts.
  3. Use an alternate email address.
