Fields to Display on Sign up Sheet

TimeToSignUp Platinum subscribers can control which fields are displayed on the sign up sheet. This is particularly useful for a sign up sheet where participants are providing meals to a family; the participant can enter what meal will be provided so other participants do not provide a similar meal.

  1. Log in as the admin.
  2. Go to the sign up sheet for which you want to hide names.
  3. Using the administrator drop-down menu above the sign up sheet, select "Fields to Display."
  4. For the "First Name" and "Last Name" options, choose one of the following 
    show first name and last name
    hide both the first and last name
    show the first name & initial of last name
    hide first name and last name and the item once the item is claimed
  5. For most (not all) of the remaining fields, you have the option of "show" or "hide." Selecting "show" will display the participants' response for that field on the sign up sheet. Because this information will be displayed on the sign up sheet, please do not show personal information such as phone number or email address. 
  6. Click on "Save."
