Email not getting to participant
There are always people who do not get their TimeToSignUp notifications due to
- the participant incorrectly entering the email address when signing up or forgetting to enter the email address when signing up. This is the main cause of not getting email from TimeToSignUp.
- the participant's internet service provider or email program incorrectly flagging the TimeToSignUp notification as spam. This is the second most common cause of not getting email from TimeToSignUp.
- the participant's mailbox being over quota and therefore the message bounces (not as common as the first two).
